Inspired by the iconic Mid Century style and perfectly poised for the West Coast lifestyle, the reimagined Bonniebrook homestead embodies style and purpose. Expertly designed by Rob Milstead, the residence strikes a harmonious balance between indoor and outdoor spaces, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding forest and gardens.
A large overhang and expansive decking allow for ample opportunities to bask in the beauty of the forest and the sunsets filtered through the trees. The interiors are flooded with natural light, while the single-story floor plan and low-slope roof pay homage to the timeless Mid Century aesthetic. The black metal siding not only adds a touch of sophistication, but also offers durability and longevity.
Collaborating with the clients on this project was a true delight, and the end result speaks to the harmonious blend of aesthetic vision and practicality. This family home truly embodies the best of both worlds, offering comfort, style, and connection to the stunning West Coast landscape.
